Mushroom Focus Strips place a four-mushroom blend into a portable, quick-dissolve format. Each individually wrapped strip combines lion’s mane, maitake, cordyceps and shiitake extracts without the need for water or capsules.

The ritual

1. Open one individual strip.
2. Place it on your tongue.
3. Allow it to dissolve completely before swallowing.

Take no more than one strip per day. Use only as directed on the label.

Ingredients

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) 30 mg, maitake (Grifola frondosa) 25 mg, cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) 25 mg, shiitake (Lentinus edodes) 20 mg, pullulan, cellulose, lecithin, chocolate flavor, monk fruit extract, medium-chain triglycerides, xanthan gum and steviol glycosides.
